Backorders
If your product is on back order, we will notify you. We will give you the option of leaving the item on backorder for later delivery or removing the item from your order.
Returns
All returns must be made within 30 calendar days of the order date on the invoice. Absolutely no refunds will be given for products returned after 30 days. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All products must be in salable condition and unaltered. Manikins must not be sanded or drilled on. Please check the fit of the hide to the form before prepping the manikin. All returns must have a copy of the invoice to receive credit or refund. Please enclose a note explaining the action you want taken.
