If your product is on back order, we will notify you. We will give you the option of leaving the item on backorder for later delivery or removing the item from your order.
All returns must be made within 30 calendar days of the order date on the invoice. Absolutely no refunds will be given for products returned after 30 days. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All products must be in salable condition and unaltered. Manikins must not be sanded or drilled on. Please check the fit of the hide to the form before prepping the manikin. All returns must have a copy of the invoice to receive credit or refund. Please enclose a note explaining the action you want taken.

Joe Coombs Classics offers the services of UPS, USPS and Fed Ex for our domestic ground shipments to the lower 48 states. International orders will ship via United States Post Office.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is usually done through the United States Post Office using Priority Mail. UPS and Fed Ex are available but costs may be higher. Parcel Post is also available but the buyer accepts full responsibility for lost or damaged items when shipping with this method.
Shipping rates are not listed on our site because the majority of our products sold (manikins) are shipped in oversized boxes. Both UPS and Fed Ex calculate charges based on the size of the box rather than the actual weight of the box. If you require a shipping estimate before an order is placed, please do not hesitate to call or email us.
