How to Measure:

Length – Eye to base of the tail. Fish 15″ or less, the form should not be over 1/2″ shorter or 1/4″ longer.

Girth – Largest part of the belly. Fish 15″ or less, you may use a form up to 3/4″ smaller for the girth.
