This mouthpiece is an innovative, industry-first product that offers a slightly open mouth look of unsurpassed quality. Cast from a fresh specimen and expertly sculpted by World Champions Clint Rickey and Tim Gorenchan, it will produce a superior product that replaces the foam nose and chin on your manikin, instantly transforming it into a beautifully styled open mouth. These split lip casts will not only increase the quality of your work but will provide an exciting new option for your customers.
Crafted in small batches with a custom-blended color and dental-grade teeth, these mouthpieces feature exceptional inner nose, palate, tongue and septum detail, making fishing fast and efficient. These mouthpieces are suitable for everyday work as well as competition at the highest levels.
Rigid and durable urethane, they are solvent-resistant and are easily sanded for minor adjustments. This piece consists of two parts that are easily assembled prior to installation.
